Terms of Use

Clear rules for using Xlliance.io — written in plain language so you know where you stand.

The service

Xlliance.io provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet interface. You interact directly with public blockchains; we provide software, synchronization, and presentation of on-chain data.

The service is offered as-is and may evolve. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect usage.

Not a financial institution

We do not take deposits, offer interest, provide brokerage services, or guarantee returns. Xlliance.io is software — not a bank or exchange.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet, complying with applicable laws, and verifying recipient addresses before sending funds.

Blockchain finality

Confirmed on-chain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Network fees and confirmation times are determined by each blockchain, not Xlliance.io.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Xlliance.io for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or any purpose that violates sanctions or export controls.

We may restrict access if we detect abuse, automated attacks, or activity that threatens the platform or other users.

  • No credential sharing or account selling
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls
  • No use of the service to launder proceeds of crime
  • No interference with infrastructure or other users

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xlliance.io is not liable for losses arising from user error, blockchain congestion, third-party services, device compromise, or market volatility.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Support page or to support@Xlliance.io.
