Data minimization
We collect what the service needs to authenticate you, display your portfolio, and sync public on-chain activity — nothing more.
Privacy
How Xlliance.io handles information — minimal collection, no selling of personal data, and respect for on-chain transparency.
Privacy is a product requirement, not a marketing line. Xlliance.io is built to expose only what is necessary to run the wallet and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We collect what the service needs to authenticate you, display your portfolio, and sync public on-chain activity — nothing more.
Blockchain addresses and transactions are public by design. Anyone can view them on explorers; that visibility is inherent to decentralized networks.
We do not build advertising profiles or share wallet usage with third-party marketers.
To operate Xlliance.io we process account identifiers (such as email and username), wallet addresses, transaction history synced from public chains, and technical logs for security and debugging.
Support messages you send voluntarily are retained so we can respond and improve service quality.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data by contacting support@Xlliance.io.
Deleting an account does not erase public blockchain records — those remain on the networks themselves.
We retain account and support data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Hosting, database, and blockchain RPC providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
If you access Xlliance.io from outside your home jurisdiction, data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure providers operate.
Our support team handles privacy requests with the same care as any other inquiry.
